Never Received A Welcome Pack for Campus Heros Event for RG3

This happened to me as well.  I also finished all of the challenges and still never got it.  It would be absurd if we had to spend the coins to complete the set in order to get something that should've been free/ was free for most everybody else.  I was in a call with friends playing and they were all talking about getting it while I sat there confused.

I still have not received him either. I am missing out on completing the field pass due to not having him in my lineup. I have almost completed the challenges and don't want to start the house rules without him in my line up.

EA please help, would love to receive some compensation due to the wasted time waiting to receive this card...

I also have not revived my welcome pack and did all my challenges but can’t do anything that involves RG3

Yea I was confused as well when my buddy told me he got a welcome pack with RG3 and I didn't. So sadly I wound up spending 40k coins on a free card because I was never given it in the first place ☹️

It would be nice to get a response from someone about this.  I also never received the Campus hero welcome pack with the RG3.  I contacted EA Help and they told me to post on this forum because they "don't have the ability to grant cards".  This is beyond frustrating.   EA help is never helpful 

I never received it either, my buddy keeps trying to tell me I must of sold him ahah like dude I know I never even got him or the pack, have they resolved this issue yet?
