Thanks for letting us know what you are running into, When you have a moment would it be possible to get the following information?
- Platform:
- PSN ID/Gamertag:
- Are you getting an error message?
- Which modes does this happen in?
- Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- How long are you playing until this happens?
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

Hello, I too have this issue. Started a franchise mode with SF. Got to the playoffs and I can not use my superstars. They just disappeared. Although, there’s no injuries. Why could madden never get things right. There’s always an issue with your Franchise mode or My player. Horrific.
- @Kaguilar90 Fun twist in this is that the players are there (on offense) for the first snap. If you run no huddle, they stay there, but in play selection they're gone. First incompleteness, they're gone for good.
Just a thought, as I put in another thread that this may be related to Progressive Fatigue and the Weekly Training. I had looked at my Franchise at about Week 17/18 and saw some of my starters especially the skill positions were pretty fatigued and coming out after the first play. Saw that the settings for Trainings were for Starters and Full Pads. (to be fair I had seen some info about this elsewhere). I went back from a save point earlier ins the season and adjusted my Training Set-Up to be Split Squad & Uppers. Seems to have mended the issue. Seems that in years past the Weekly Training had the Auto option for the CPU to adjust the trainings based on fatigue. I should add that my players seemed super tired in the first iteration of this season during the later weeks and I have seen much better performance out of them so far.
