Pre order code doesn't work from retailer
I purchased this game through Best buy. They sent me a code for preorder items and it doesn't work. They told me it's ea's fault and can't send me a new code. How do I get the items?

Best Buy said you sent them all the codes and they don't work. Apparently this is a wide spread issue. Not sure how ea managed to send out codes that don't work?
How do I and everyone else get the items we paid for?
