Hey @sirdab To confirm if you have additional content outside of the deluxe items, like Twitch drops or other purchased content. 

That content will not transfer from one generation to another, for more information on cross-play and cross-progression check out our FAQ. We also have more information on how duel-entitlement works here.  

What cross-platform progression is supported?
Avatar progression and gear purchases within Superstar mode are shared across PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.

What content will carry over if I upgrade to a next-generation console?
No content or progression from Franchise modes, Face of the Franchise, the Yard, or Madden Ultimate Team™ will carry over between console generations using Dual Entitlement, owing to gameplay differences between Xbox One/PS4 versions and Xbox Series X|S/PS5 versions. Please note that Superstar: The League and Superstar: Showdown are not available on PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game. The Yard and Face of the Franchise are not available on PC, PS5, or Xbox Series X|S versions of the game.

If you upgrade to Xbox Series X|S or PS5, any content or progression that does not carry over from the previous version will still be available in your Xbox One or PS4 version. You can still access this content when you play the Xbox One or PS4 version of the game as long as you are playing this version on your Xbox One or PS4 console. If you play the Xbox One of PS4 version on your Xbox Series X|S or Gen 5 machine, the content will not transfer.

    As witnessed by many, the issue started with Madden NFL 24 not having an "X|S" label on its two identical icons. Unlike Madden NFL 23, Madden NFL 24 had the same covers without the X\S label.

    Hence, both Xbox One (under dual entitlement) and Series X|S had the same cover. There was no way to determine witch version was picked after finally getting a download response. Later in the evening, the "X|S" version was visibly seen on the cover. Choosing that icon setup was performed for the X|S version. Previously purchased points purchased were not present.

    That's when I realized the points purchased went to the incorrect version.

    I do not want, nor will I use points on the Xbox One entitlement version.

    @sirdab I’m experiencing a similar issue. I had no idea I was even playing on current gen until 2 weeks into playing. All of that time grinding solo challenges, solo battles, and multiplayer games to improve my team is now completely wasted

    I accidentally downloaded the Xbox one version when I bought the ultimate edition and started my ultimate team on there, I’m on the series x and own both versions will my team be on the series x version? Wouldn’t make sense if it isn’t.
