Why haven't I received a beta code for m24 I had both the franchise save bug and franchise draft bug

I have received the very same email from Electronic Arts as @Davz-SG.
i was impacted thru online franchise and I even have the 50%off make-good offers in my home menu on madden 23.
All my friends that had the same problem as me in the very same franchise league that crashed already received their madden 24 beta code but I havent.
Could you please help me out ? i can show you both emails I received.

I received this email from EA a while ago and so far I haven't received my beta invite or 50% off code.
I haven’t got my madden 24 beta code yet

Hey @EA_Mako I also received the email about the beta code and 50% off and have yet to receive the code. Other people in the same league got the email and have also received their codes. Can you help out? Thanks

Unfortunately it doesn't appear the account you're posting on was eligible for this. If that issue occurred on a different account or email, you'll need to reach out to support.

Unfortunately that's a bit of a different situation than we're discussing in this thread otherwise, and just signing up for the beta does not guarantee a code.
Feel free to check through the last link in my previous post to keep an eye out for additional ways to get into the beta. - @xxlittleace same here they not doin nun to fix it

- @EA_Mako Why exactly would you guys have a beta sign up if you’re not gonna let them play it ? As bad as a lot of our experiences were on madden 23 you’d think this company would learn but I guess not. This should’ve been an open beta imo. Please don’t take this as a jab to you cause it’s not, we as a community are just fed up. Hopefully us peasants will get an opportunity to play this beta to see if they actually fixed the issues in franchise mode and the countless other issues.
Have plenty to give out to content creators though 🙄

You seem to be a helpful employee, so I'll give this avenue a try. I received the same exact email the original poster received. I've been back and forth with Ea help chat support and email support, with no resolutions. I keep being told they cannot create new beta codes, which is confusing given I'm seeing people get new ones all day today. Would it be possible to contact you via DM with whatever proof and information you may need to help me get this resolved. It's been an incredibly frustrating experience. @EA_Mako
@EA_Mako Checking to see if there is any way you could help with this. Same situation as the original poster. I've also now received an email saying the case was solved and closed, and yet I still have not received anything. Is there any chance you'd be able to assist with this situation at all. The regular support options seem to be on denial autopilot.
