Team Captains objectives are viewable by utilizing the RT button on your controller when at the Live Events menu. This should bring up an ability to sort by Live and Archived events. If you scroll to Archive, you can see all the promo passes from the past, many of which are still ongoing, and including the Team Captains pass. The final team captain was released during Week 1 of this current MUT season, and it is unclear whether more objectives will be added to the Team Captains pass. 

The menus are rife will visual glitches, so I assume that's what looks weird to you. No fixes incoming unfortunately, as these issues do not affect gameplay (read: EA's ability to take your money).
