Re: Unable to use 50% for Madden 24, only see 10%

this is becoming the most frustrating experience i have ever had. After spending 4 days sending emails back and forth with ea support i have been told 2 times now that this situation has been resolved. every time i sent an email i received a new person who literally just asks the same questions the previous did over and over again. now that my case is resolved i still do not have the 50% off and hours of waisted time emailing ea support back and forth. think its time to say goodbye to madden

  • Spot on, they just send the same replies over and over saying it’s either resolved, or that I have already gotten it if I was impacted. They have zero idea what they are talking about.

    The worst one?

    They said they “understand I lost a very important **FIFA PLAYER** from my account…. this is not even the same game I emailed them about… their customer service is the worst out there. 10 attachments and paragraphs detailing the issue and they can’t even get the name of the game right in the email. They don’t listen and it’s a matter of time before this thread is locked and marked as “resolved.” Just like last year when people’s franchises were glitched and the solution was: “create a new one.”
