Nell or others that don't have 23 installed etc on Xbox. Like posted in the page before, go to the Microsoft store, look for deals, then deals just for you. You don't need to load madden 23 and click the title screen options like before.

Its Nice That Xbox Got A Fix But For Others That Are On PS5 And Have No Yet Confirmed Fix It Is Type Annoying If Anyone Know A Way To Fix Please Help us  Playstation Users Are Getting Cheated Out There Deals To And We Only See The 10% Deal.Me Personally I Have Neither Plus Or Ea Access So I Don't Know How Im Getting This Issues But These Are Times Where The Community Must Demand A Fix Urgently Before Anything We Need To Have Things Like This Fixed Quickly And Have Atleast A Time Or Someone From Headquarters Helping Us

Where did you go? I have game pass and all it shows is 10% but I got the beta code and the email about getting the 50% off

for anyone who’s on Xbox and had the franchise issue follow the steps below 

Go to the Store > Home > Deals > scroll down to see Special offers > madden 24 “Just for you” deal showing 50% off

@EA_Kent Hey guys so looks like there was finally a fix thank you!!! Go to Xbox store - deals - just for you and you will see the 50% deluxe edition this was just added on last 48 hrs I believe. 

Seven days until the early release & we still don’t have a fix for PS5 or PC make good offers! It’s already ludicrous that we are expected to buy the deluxe version with all the MUT crap. If there isn’t a fix for this prior to early release I won’t be buying unless the 50% works on the standard. Please everyone make a stand, do not just buy the game a standard price. I truly think this is by design & they’re hoping we will all cave in & pay full price. 

Hello, I haven’t received my 50% off code for Madden 24, and I wanted to Pre Order it soon but the game comes out next week and I haven’t gotten any code for it yet, all I’ve received were the 2 Beta Codes. Thank you

I did the preorder through madden 23 but while it says it includes both ps4 and ls5 versions of the game it only says ps4 in my library. Will that fix itself as it approaches release or did I mess this up somehow 

I play Madden on PC. I was one of the many who lost a franchise in Madden 23, thus making me eligible to receive a 50% off voucher. I have been searching for my discount around my PC and have had no luck. I discovered today that I received the offer on my Xbox one, even though I don't play on it anymore. My accounts are linked together because I have Xbox game pass and that way, I can get EA play on my PC. EA support has not been very helpful as they keep showing me how to redeem it on Xbox. I dont want to redeem it on xbox, I dont even play on xbox, its also not even a series X/S. Is there anyway to fix this? 

Next step is pay the full price if you want the game, because this company is as greedy as it gets and doesn't give a single * about us.
