Re: Where do I use the weekly wildcard tokens

there is something always wrong with this game when it comes to getting rewards but when they are losing out on money it gets fixed lickity split. Out here grinding for rewards and then realize you don't get your rewards and then the chat people just give you the run around cause they don't care. Its like talking to a bot when you actually get someone in chat. I wonder how long it will take for them to fix this. I reported months ago about never getting my legends rewards and campus hero rewards and still never got help. they said I did and I sent them proof I didn't and still acted like I was crazy lol

Have you been able to find out why we haven’t received the rewards for tier 13, 14 and 15?

I’m starting to see that EA sports doesn’t give a crap about us and these issues. Why is there even an “answers.ea.com”??? Not a single person from EA sports has commented or reached out about this issue 

I completed all of the weekly wildcard challenges yet I only have 13/17 tokens. I don’t see anywhere to redeem the tokens either smh. It’s such bs and I wish I could say EA is better than this but we all know they aren’t
