Red zone Royale reward not being giving

I did the exchange set for the RP thinking that the Red Zone Royale pack for finishing 1/2 sets would count. According to an EA advisor I talked to last week that pack counts, and yet still haven’t received any rewards for it. Also note in game it doesn’t say that the RP exchange set doesn’t or does count.

    It’s been over/ nearly 3 weeks since this issue now have had horrible help from ea help. Can’t get any sort of response because I’m the only person who has this issue. At this point I would honestly prefer ea to just give me the coins worth of that pack in madden 25. Like come on EA.

    How to use EA Help

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Madden NFL 25 
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I earned
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

    @EA_Illium I already have they told me it was brought up to the team and get no response. All I get is hey are you still needing help. The problem is an easy fix give me a service grant with a pack. #packstrike
