Unable to disable Home Field Advantage - Franchise

I started a Franchise in Madden24 and in the game settings I disabled the Home field advantage, however, at the start of several games the Home field advantage bar was overhead please address this is...

It absolutely ruins the Franchise game experience. After last year, I only bought it again BECAUSE everything I read said it could be turned off. Disappointing.

@snit06 Turning OFF Momentum and seeing it still appear in-game is the most frustrating this I've experienced in a while, especially when they advertise it as a new feature for '24. False advertising. Teams are given unfair advantages and I'm seeing "Away team has high chance of blocking kicks" when I'm not even kicking the ball... EA, PLEASE LET US TURN MOMENTUM OFF
