Unable to disable Home Field Advantage - Franchise

I started a Franchise in Madden24 and in the game settings I disabled the Home field advantage, however, at the start of several games the Home field advantage bar was overhead please address this is...

Hi Everyone, 

Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with Madden NFL 24. 

If you are still seeing issues with Home Field Advantage settings in Franchise, please let us know the following.

Are you getting an error message?

Which game mode if this happening in?

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

Is anything else happening?

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

Which game mode if this happening in? Franchise Mode

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? 8/15/23

Is anything else happening? No, just the Momentum Meter/Home Field Advantage displaying on screen and the effects impacting the game after we were told that feature could be turned off. This has delayed the start of an online franchise spanning 5 years of participation.

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: There are no steps to try, the solution is a patch update that should've come out Friday, August 18th when the game was released.

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip: There is no clip or screenshot...just load up your own copy and turn the setting off in Franchise...should find a similar result.
