Undefined user in cfm madden 24. How to fix
I have a user in my cfm that is locked out of his team and it says user undefined. We cannot kick him off the team and he cannot play any games. Please advise

Check with our Advisors if they can manually remove that player.

Thanks. I am too having this same issue. I have gone to EA Help 9 times with new cases. They clearly do not read ANY OF THE MESSAGES!
I've had 3 replies asking if solo battles in MUT is working. And when I've replied yes they've flagged it as fixed.
Other times they just fail to respond at all.
And other times you just get an automated response, then when you reply its like they've completely forgotten about the first email.
@EA_Barry is there actually a way to sort this? Because according to my experiences at EA help none of them have the ability to read, never mind fix a problem with the game I buy every single year!
Did you find a fox for this problem ever?
