Where are my Rookie premier players???

I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ROOKIE CARDS YET!

I having the issue...I went from xbox to Pc and still haven't received any rookie premiers

i finished 7 Rookie Premier sets in Madden 23 that should have transferred over to Ultimate team in Madden 24.

Attached is an image of the Rookie Premier players (99 OVR) that should have transferred to Madden 24 as 84 OVR players, along with an image showing "0" Rookie Premier players in my binder. Every time I reach out and make a case, the EA advisors say the same thing "check your binder", "check your binder". This is not my first time playing Madden Ultimate Team... of course I've checked my Binder hundreds of times. 

I am owed the following level 84 Overall Rookie Premier players in Madden 24 for completing the Rookie Premier Sets:
 - Zay Flowers
- Paris Johnson Jr.
- Dawand Jones
- Christian Gonzalez
- Darnell Washington 
- D.J. Turner 
- Julius Brents

Please honor the time and money I spent in Madden 23 and give me the mentioned players from the Rookie Premier set for my Madden 24 Ultimate Team. I’ve been playing Madden for years and want to continue enjoying the game, but this is frustrating as I’ve talked to several advisors and none have helped.

There should be no reason why EA cannot honor and give me the players after completing the sets.

I did not receive any of my 32 rookie premiers or aiden hutchenson. I emailed EA customer support for days only to get unhelpful automated emails. Please i just want my cards.

I am missing rookie premier Jonathan Mingo 84 ovr for my panthers theme team It has been almost a month and still missing it

I haven’t received mine - I was told they were on my account I sent a screenshot showing I never received them and no they are no longer monitoring emails. How am I supposed to get help when they stop monitoring emails.

I never received any of my rookie premier cards 

I had at least one pack. I didn’t open when I first received it. AND shortly after, it has disappeared. Please help! @EAHelp
