Why can’t I kick in madden 24

Whenever I’m in a game and try to kick/punt the ball I will have perfect accuracy yet the ball will just shank right or left. Is there any way to fix this?

@ryanbar9 Apparently everyone is having problems... hope you didn't spend 30 minutes trying to report the bug, like I did...
