Why does the game say I “exceeded the X factor limit” when I have none activated

Why does the game say I “exceeded the X factor limit” when I have none activated? I closed app, restarted the game, took all the abilities and X factors off, but I still can’t activate X factor abili...

When I try to activate three X factor for my line up in MUT it does not let me activate the players and shows that I exceeded the limit of 3 X factors but I only have 2 activated
