2 issues for Focus Players during weekly training in Franchise Mode

Summarize your bug 2 issues for Focus Players during weekly training. First let me say that my HC had already unlocked the extra 3 slots for focus players. So I should have 6 slots total. I had these 6 slots until 2 weird things happened.. #1- My player was injured during a game, it happened to be the player I used during Focus player mini game drills. Once he was injured the slot reverted back to Being Locked (Extra Fous player) and stayed that way until he came back from injury. Why would this be, I should be able to choose 1 of my other players on the team to fill this position, just like in Madde 23. #2 One of m slots says Undefined Undefined ?? Unable to use this slot for any reason?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? #1 Have any player that was chosen for focus player get hurt and see that slot get locked. #2 I have no idea, not sure why it says undefined.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to use the focus player slot for franchise mode.
What do you expect to see? The slot open to choose a player for Focus player training.
