Which part of the mode? Seasons
Summarize your bug Won a couple $5 credit tournaments & never received the funds.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue, your the organizers
What happens when the bug occurs? I don’t get PSN funds
What do you expect to see? The funds from the tournament rewarded to me in PSN wallet

Happened to me once too.  I’ve actually won a couple in a day & , I haven’t been rewarded the $5 credit in PSN store at all. I just stop playing them now.

    I didn’t receive my 5 dollars from the tournament and I also pulled Calvin Ridley 95 overall the game froze so I hop back on and it was gone

    I participated in a tournament and won the whole thing I was promised $5 for winning. I’ve been waiting for over a little over 1-2 weeks for the funds to reach my account. I have yet to received the $5 cash prize into my account. I also provided proof that I did win the tournament.
