It's cool I refunded that game already i couldn't figure it out, thanks for helping and hope that the ncaa game dosnt have this same problem looking forward to it
This was my original issue when I first purchased the pre-order and could not play. It is a Secure Boot setting issue in your MB BIOS. Mine was actually enabled that EA/Madden did not recognize. Fix: Shut down/restart computer and enter MB BIOS. I had to turn off/on Secure Boot and save/restart a few times before EA's junk finally starting recognizing it and it has worked every time since. Hope this helps. Now for their broke * Online franchise server connection issues...smh
