Bug - Superstar Knockout Exhibition

Product: Madden NFL 24
Platform:PlayStation 5 Digital Edition

What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Starburstzzz
Date/time issue occurred Since thursday
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head
Summarize your bug When me and my friend try to play 2v2 it kicks us out and says “an unexpected error has occured”
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Quick play - superstar KO - H2H - NFL - Exhibition - 1v1 or 2v2 - play
What happens when the bug occurs? Takes me back to main menu
What do you expect to see? Error screen for a split second then it cuts to main menu

    Marking as solved only for visibility. This issue is still under investigation.

    Me and my friend have had issues getting into a game on online 2v2. Immediately after readying up we are kicked back into lobby…anybody know a fix for this or is it just an EA issue?

    Superstar KO is currently not working for NFL mode, please fix this. I been trying to play with my friends for 4 days and it’s still down. Please please fix it. It just takes you back to menu when you queue up a game, does not let you choose players or anything.

    Whenever I try to load up into SSKO NFL 2v2 h2h exhibitation I get an error but to the point where its so fast I cant read it. I then get returned to the play now lobby.

    Yeah my pops just got the game to play this mode with me and its not letting us play. Ssko works but not ssko nfl exhibition mode.

    this is happening to everyone I don’t know how they don’t even acknowledge this!! I literally bought the game just to play this mode and it hasn’t worked since I bought it
