Can’t connect to EA server to play anything

Since 11/20 every time I open the game it takes forever to load and tells me EA servers aren’t available and won’t allow me to connect to the sign into my account. I’ve checked that servers are up and running, reinstalled the game and reset my connection, even redownloaded Madden 23 to play something but still no getting past this error message (of course when Blitz is about to start). I set up a case with case number 161138427 but is there anyone else experiencing this?
