Xbox Madden 24. It was working great but starting yesterday I keep getting this message. Hard reset, trying different options. Nothing seems to work. It seems like others are having this issue. Is there any consensus? My other x-box games are working great.this software cannot be used at the same time as the game
whenever i open ea games i cannot enter. i am using a virtual controller but i need to else i cannot play games on controller. is there a fix of some sort for this issue without closing my virtual controller, which i need to play games because i have a dualshock 4? thank you for any responses that can help. the attached file is an example of the error i get when opening gamesHTTP 404 issue
This is an unprecedented problem I haven’t seen in the 3 years I’ve been playing Madden. I’ve contacted support several times and have spent close to several hours power cycling console , clearing cache , reinstalling game , clearing alternate MAC address . EA please fix asap ! I’ve attached what appears on my screen whenever I restart the game or try to login .Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your network connection

I have this issue when trying to use Madden online with my Ps5 disc edition. I am signed into my PSN & connected to the internet on my ps5 via my home wifi fine however, I am unable to sign into the ea server. I have tried using my hotspot on my iphone and this seems to work but it is nearly impossible to play due to the lagging. Any ideas how to fix this?Solved268KViews10likes59CommentsEA Account Disabled
I'm getting an error when linking my EA account to PSN. It says 20*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation® Network account in its lifetime. Clearly this is an EA made email address that i dont have access to. I dont understand how this happened, why EA doesnt have a quick fix for this, and why in the world there is no phone number or chat to get this fixed. The 'New Case' button on the help page is a broken link and doesnt allow me to create a ticket. There is no chat option even though they claim to have one. XBox One X Madden 24 Despite the fact that I pre-purchased the Deluxe, it is still the basic game that is showing. The MUT Draft (Solo Draft) is still saying "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." I have restarted the game. I have logged out and back in. The fact that the early access has so many issues in addition to those that I'm seeing is complete BS. What exactly is EA's gameplan to rectify all this and compensate those of us who pre-purchased and do not get to enjoy said purchase?MADDEN 25 EA LOGIN GLITCH
So every-time I try to login into my ea account on either Madden 25 or College Football 25 on the Xbox series X I have the exact same issue and can’t get any solution from technical support. When I get to the code verification screen I enter the code sent to any of my forms of verification wether it’s my email, secondary email, phone, or my verification app it will not register my code as entered and will freeze on that screen and will not let you proceed or back out, your just stuck on that screen. I have tried unplugging my Xbox, deleted both Madden 25 and College football 25 and redownloaded them, tried it on cloud gaming, unplugging my router and reset it, spent many hrs with numerous tech support troubleshooting attempts and all with the exact same result when I try to log into my ea account on Xbox series X. I have no other issues with my account from what ea tech support told me when they looked my account over and said I was good to go. Any other game I can play on Xbox series X just fine but my EA games freeze everytime I go to the login verification screen. There has to be a wizard amongst who can answer the call and come up with a solution to this problem so I can finally play an EA game I paid my hard earned money for….
