[Requesting Information]
Hey Everyone,
Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you are seeing in Madden NFL 24.
If you are still running into the error message "Our servers cannot process your request at this time." when trying to play H2H or Solo Battles Please try the following steps (based on your platform)
1. Make sure you've got all items are equipped and you have no empty spots.
Xbox
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
- Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart
PlayStation
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
PC
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

It's happening with MUT Solo Draft too, but don't tell EA that or they'll delete the post with a bogus excuse about it violating forum policy.

17 pages worth of posts and still no response from EA they sure put a stop to people dc glitching and going undefeated in MUT CHAMPS though they fixed that before the weekend was up

I’ve been getting a message since Tuesday night that says “Our servers can’t process your request at this time. Please try again later” when i try to queue into a House Rules game or play a solo challenge. This is ridiculous because I can’t progress in these field passes or really play the game like I wanted to when I paid extra for the early access. I’m on xbox one and I just want an answer for once.

When I try to connect to Head to Head on madden 24, it just kicks me back to quick play. Why won't it work?

started getting this error last night after my 3rd game and it it still happening today. the box for selecting solo is red. you want all our info but obviously there is a problem, fix it.

Which Game Modes(s) is this happening in(H2H2, Solo Battles, Draft, etc)? Mut draft
Are you able to play any other game mode? Yes can play all other game modes
What activity/action are you trying to complete when the message pops up? Was doing it when trying to continue my mut season after game 3 or 4. i was finally able to end the session and now it does it when i try to collect rewards
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? 8/15 is when it started, problem persists.
Is anything else happening? Yes, sometimes my challenges show up, other times it directs me to mut draft challenges and says i completed them all but gives no stars, i cant click on anything from there.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Scanned files, restart, reinstalled
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

What activity/action are you trying to complete when the message pops up? To play online .

Is anything else happening? Still happening !!
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I’ve tried them all . Still not working, restart, clear data, network everything.

Put me down on the list of people not able to play MUT -> Solo Battles (as of 5:37pm CST Saturday 19th). Solo Battles were working about 2 hours ago, now they're down...
Finally found a suitable solution to the Kicking Bug and Competitive Field Pass finally got added, and Legends debuted today... then, the server bugs start rearing their ugly heads. Sigh.

There have been no viable fixes to this issue GETTING KICKED OVER AND OVER AND OVER WITH THE SAME MESSAGE "OUR SERVERS CANNOT PROCESS YOUR REQUEST AT THIS TIME" is so frustrating.

I have reinstalled, hard reset, game was working perfectly fine now when I try to play head to head or anything in ultimate team I get a error that says our servers cannot process your request at this time.

this just happened to me as well, apparently it is from dashboarding out of a game. Im trying to find a way to fix this too if anyone knows please let us know

Does anyone know how to fix solo battles not working? I tried changing my line up but it didn't do anything.

I'm having this same problem and it's super annoying. I played a few solo battles today that went just fine, and now on the last available one for the day, any time I try to play it it just says "Error - Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later" after I pick which difficulty I want to play (doesn't work for any difficulty). Then it kicks me back to the main menu.
It also does this when I try to play MUT Solo/Offline Draft mode. I have rewards waiting to be claimed in that mode and every time I go to claim them, it gives me that same error message and kicks me back to the Madden main menu.
Pretty confusing that a majority of the offline MUT options are inaccessible due to server issues? Seems counterintuitive, I would expect the online modes to be more riddled with these issues, but instead it has locked me out of playing two of my favorite offline modes.
I also tried changing my lineup in a variety of ways I saw suggested (making sure you're not over 53 man roster, setting a new lineup, changing visuals, etc) and none of them have helped.

Makes no sense as to why offline solo battles don’t work due to server errors but all the online features work classic EA

Having the same issues. Found a YouTube video to generate best lineup and it helped for a day but last night again same error. “Error our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

Just adding a 'me too' to the issue on PC from Europe. Everything was smooth until today, and now the Solo Battle kicks me back to the Main Menu
