Can’t play h2h or solo battles "Our servers cannot process your request
I’m able to login to ultimate team, play challenges, and open packs, but when trying to play Solo Battles or H2H it just tells me the servers can’t process my request

If you are still running into the error "Our Servers can not process your request at this time" While trying to Play H2H or Solo Battles, please let us know the following information:

PSN ID/Xbox GT:
Region:
Are you getting an error message?
Which Game Modes(s) is this happening in(H2H2, Solo Battles, Draft, etc)?
Are you able to play any other game mode?
What activity/action are you trying to complete when the message pops up?
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?
Is anything else happening?
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

Are you getting an error message? Yes "our servers can't process your request at this time, please try again later"
Which Game Modes(s) is this happening in(H2H2, Solo Battles, Draft, etc)? Solo draft
Are you able to play any other game mode? Yes the other modes seem to work
What activity/action are you trying to complete when the message pops up? Collect rewards and start a new draft
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? 8/15/2023
Is anything else happening? It happens multiple times and kicks me out to the main menu.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I tried closing the app, checking for updates, restarting the xbox.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... not possible.
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers) NA
