Why are we not addressing the issue where PS4 and PS5 controllers are literally useless on online play using EA Play?

PS5 and PS4 controllers just show xbox passing icons when in an online game. Still not addressed.

@bozoDavethat is a problem but there is much bigger ones, like the freezing, crashing, making cpus run wild, while gpu is not running that much.
