None of these solutions worked. Madden NFL 24 is the ONLY game this is happening with, I'm beyond frustrated with this, I just want to play the damn game that I paid $80 for! 😡

- Gamertag:
- Which modes does this happen in?
- Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- How long are you playing until this happens?
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Are you a part of the Xbox Insiders program (where you get early Xbox builds)?
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

Two years has passed without EA dealing with this person’s problem. I have been having the same problems with CFB 25 for over a year and NOBODY with EA is doing anything to help any of the many many people that are having this issue. EA is the worst gaming company in the business!
