Crashing on Xbox Series X

- Which modes does this happen in?
Every mode. Every time I have played Madden 24 (This issue also occurred in the previous 2 titles, 22 and 23) it crashed. Franchise, Superstar, MUT. I have yet to be able to complete a full online game as it crashed every time. - Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?Occurs in any active game. Franchise, MUT challenges, Skill Challenges, Online gaming, etc.
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?No. This only happens in Madden. No other games crash on my system.
- How long are you playing until this happens?Sometimes I am able to get through 2 or 3 challenges in MUT before it occurs. Sometimes one franchise game and then the next game freezes. Maybe 30 minutes to an hour before the first crash.
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?Internal Storage
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)Wired Ethernet.
- Are you a part of the Xbox Insiders program (where you get early Xbox builds)? Unknown
- @EA_Illium I have preformed all troubleshooting multiple times, almost daily. My Xbox is cleaned, updated, not overheating. This is an EA issue and has been for several years. It’s disappointing as an avid fan to waste $100 plus on a title that continues to be plagued by bugs and crashes.
