Summarize your bug Game crashes constantly and you lie about it and feed us *, been an issue for all ea sports games and has been a problem for 4 * years.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game?
What happens when the bug occurs? It stutters then freezes and the screen either goes black and goes to the dashboard or it’ll stutter then freeze and quickly go to a green screen to a black screen and completely shut off my console.
What do you expect to see? Honestly? Nothing cause you’ve had this issue for FOUR YEARS and still don’t care to do anything. I would expect a real company that actually cares about their consumers to work tirelessly to find a fix. Also stop replying with the same “try these troubleshooting tips” when you know you’re feeding us * just to keep us running. Do your * job for once.
Game will crash and either go to the dashboard or completely crash the console and turn off, but I’m sure you already knew that considering this has been an issue for, let’s see 1, 2, 3, 4 YEARS!!!! And yet you’ve still never given a fix or given any real communication outside of the same responses you give other players even after they say your “advice” didn’t work. And it’s not just madden, it’s every single EA Sports game, and yet still not a care in the world about fixing it. Pathetic and spineless company.
PS I selected ultimate team because I knew that would get your attention more likely because 🤑🤑🤑 but it happens in every gamemode…might wanna add that as an option ya think?
