Daily Packs NOT rewarded after completing Daily Objectives

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Field Pass
Summarize your bug I've been completing my Daily Objectives and ONLY receiving the 500 UT Coins. I am not receiving the Coin Pack or Strategy Item as I have been all year. This started happening around June 16th. I am stuck at 15 Daily Coin Packs and 13 Daily Strategy Items.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete Daily Objectives
What happens when the bug occurs? I am not receiving the Coin Pack or Strategy Item.
What do you expect to see? I expect to receive the Coin Pack and Strategy Item as I have been all year.

    Unfortunately, missing items are not something we can look into here on Answers HQ. I would recommend reaching out to our EA Help Team. 

     

    How to use EA Help

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Madden 24 (or any game you're trying to play)
    3. Select the See all help topics
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I earned
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

    @EA_Illiumthis is a bug that exists since the start of season 7. i am not getting the objective for completing all 3 daily objectives on old gen and current gen xbox. i get the objective on pc.

    Madden 24 PS5

    It’s been 3 days that I have completed the daily challenges and have not received my reward. What can I do to fix it. Thanks

    @stealth_delta724 Hello. I am assuming the daily is gone. It's been 7 days for me and ea help said they know about it , since then I can't contact EA help. It would be like them to just not fix. Madden 25 is there focus. Poor communication from them as usual.

    More than a week now that Daily MUT Rewards have NOT included items (only XP).

    Please fix this! How about making this right for people who are still supporting your game?
