Derrick Henry missing token for 2nd upgrade

After spending 2 days speaking to EA Help (Useless) after sending me the tweet that states I will be compensated with the correct tokens there is nothing they can do and all I can do is post on the forum. Its been almost 3 weeks since Derrick Henry dropped and I still can't get him past 84 despite being told I should have been given the correct tokens
