Just a fun update. So I got an email from EA Customer Experience asking me to take a 4 question survey to let them know about my experience and to let them know how they can better support players in the future. So I clicked the link to take the survey (because, boy, did I want to share my "experience") and wasn't asked a single question! Just immediately taken to a screen that said "Thank you for taking our survey. Your response is very important to us."
Is it though?

Beyond frustrating. It's actually impossible to get help at this point. I've never seen a customer support system so completely broken and inaccessible.

Aaaaaaand the second Help Case I opened was marked as "Fixed" and closed with absolutely no contact or resolution from EA.
