just played with editing the 3 denver qbs to see what would happen
wilson (11 exp at start) - lowered his key ratings to make him 3rd in OVR, and he went to a 3 exp
dinucci (3 exp at start) - raised his key stats slightly to make him virtually equal to wilson and he only went to 4 exp
stidham (4 exp at start) - raised him to number of OVR (just slightly ahead of the other 2) of the 3 and jumped up to 31 exp
based on this limited example, it almost appears as if the experience number is somehow tied to the OVR. since stidham had the biggest increase in my test he jumped the furthest. dinucci only added 1 season because i did not edit him as much as stidham. wilson decreased as i decreased his OVR.
