Everytime I load into my franchise it says I've lost connection to ea servers, I have zero issues connecting to server nor with my internet but I cannot load franchise without crashing, anytime i do load it crashes whenever i try to upgrade players or advance week. I'll never pre-order again.
Iva had this same issue when i play online franchise mode. I have another person playing the mode with me and we both cannot be in the same franchise together or it will kick one of us out. extremely frustrating!!!
Every time I open online franchise I get an EA connection error. I also can’t upgrade players or sim/advance weeks. Franchise mode keeps getting neglected and the preorder definitely wasn’t worth it. Fix this issue EA.
Exact same issues as everyone else with online franchise. Get booted with EA connection error every time I try to advance a week or do anything else post-Week 11. Please fix this BS EA, people tire of this and just want to play.
Yea I started having that same issue in week 5 of regular season boots me out after every game now in week 9 I can’t continue. Not very happy about the fact franchise mode has been broken the last few years. EA is really starting to lose my faith about putting out games who ever tests these games should be let go and actually bring in people who play the game to test it.
I have been also experiencing this issue and have since contacted ea support who said developers are working on this issue. I am just frustrated why i would spend extra money to get early access when i cant even play the game modes i want to play. how can they incentivize early access and make that a selling point when game modes dont even work.
I have the same issue it's very annoying I'm about to stop playing only reason I ever get madden is for online franchise and it's not working about done trying to play

Me and my brother play online franchise mode and have been for years. However, this one seems to have a huge bug in online franchise. Every time I advance a week, it kicks me and him off. We can’t even be in the franchise at the same time when it hits the playoffs. Keep in mind, this is all within the first season, so it’s not like we’re 10-15 years into it where the game takes awhile to process. Sometimes, it kicks us off EA servers just cause. I’ve done everything EA has said that is supposed to “fix” the problem, but it all fails. I believe it’s a glitch within the online franchise mode. Because I can access everything else with ease. This is extremely disappointing EA, and I’ve never had this issue before. I’m actually appalled at how bad this bug is. But it’s not like I can do anything about it except complain and wait for their developers to fix it with the next update, which will probably be weeks out from now. That’s honestly just insulting to everyone who has preordered or bought the game. Terrible job

Yep like every year. There’s a major issue. And Ea can’t keep anyone signed in their servers bc the servers aren’t equipped/ready for the madden release??

I’ve redownloaded the game and it fixed it for a few hours, but this morning it’s kicking me off again
