Franchise - unable to connect after simming

Anyone know of a good lawyer?? This seems like a perfect time to bring a huge class action against EA. They're either 1. lacking the knowledge and experience to maintain usable servers, and game(s), for a billion dollar company or 2. knowingly ignoring these issues because they have a monopoly on the market and don't care enough to make the changes. This is something we have to deal with EVERY SINGLE YEAR with Madden specifically - they'll never change. We pay money for a game and service (i.e. server) that EA/Madden is consistently unwillingly to provide. There was one year of Madden where co-op online had a QB-RB glitch they never fixed rendering it unplayable. They cannot continue to get away with this sh*t!!!!!
