Since the game's release, I have been experiencing an issue in which playing offline game modes I continuously disconnect from ea servers resulting in a loss. I have followed multiple guides available within the forums and nothing has worked, I know it's a Madden issue as this happens with no other EA game, or any other PS5 game. I am getting fed up with maybe completing 1 game out of 4 in solo battles (if I'm lucky) because the other 3 are DNF losses. Help, please?

@Jiffy0206 I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

@Keenanbo19 Bro the same thing is happening to me but in superstar, I can't finish a game without getting disconnected and i'm using a wired connection. It's insane.

Same happens to me too when playing Superstar star mode and I have a strong Wi-Fi connection. This has been an ongoing issue since Madden 22. I get maybe one or two games before it happens. So annoying

We can go through some connection troubleshooting. First though, are you on a wired or wireless connection? If you're on wireless, can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

Would you be able to test out using a wire? Wireless connections are unstable so you can expect to have lag and disconnects.

Ps5, wireless. But don't blame it on the wireless because I play MMOs and RPGs all the time and there is never even a hiccup in graphics or gameplay. The Only thing that has issues is the Madden game. Also, I sent you a message on EA.

Every game is different so just because one doesn't work when others do doesn't mean wireless isn't to blame. As a test, can you move close enough to use a wire to see if there's a difference? If you do that, make sure you power cycle your modem, router and console.

every game runs smooth unlike ea, and you all blame it on players or isp or routers or network brand. IDK if I should even play EA games anymore now, I already uninstalled most EA games because only and only EA has these kinds of issues
