Franchise - unable to connect after simming

Yes it disconnects anytime me or one of my friends does something like training or even just navigating the menus at times. But everytime we sim the week everytime we do any training it disconnects us and we have to keep trying to log back into the franchise. If it’s a solo franchise it doesn’t seem to do this at all. It’s only if you have a franchise with two or more people
