Franchise - Unable to edit players
Having the same issue, and very frustrated. Just purchased the game. I only play offline franchise and editing players is the main reason I play. Cant do it right now.
The issue I'm seeing is that you can not edit the head/skin. Anytime I switch to this tab, the faces are just blank and you cannot see the face until you scroll to it. Also, completely unable to switch to the tab allowing you to edit skin color.

- Is this on a new or existing Superstar? Not able to edit player appearance in any mode whatsoever.
- What is your player's position? (QB, WR, etc) I've tried multiple positions with no luck.
- Can they edit from other locations? (such as My Superstar > Edit My Superstar) No
- If possible, please share a video (or link to a video) where the error occurs exactly (Video leading up to and including the error)
