Franchise Cap Room Bug

Summarize your bug Why when resigning players does cap room glitch if you change their position? I have the Eagles in Year 1. I had over 70 million in cap room. I changed my HB to a FB to save money on the resigning from the resign players menu. I immediately went from 70 mil to 20 mil before I even signed him. This has happened to multiple people in multiple franchises. What's the issue?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to resign a player in Franchise while there go to the players card and edit it to another position they play i.e. CB to FS. Your cap room will immediately decrease significantly. Sometimes from positive to negative.
What happens when the bug occurs? You lose a lot of your cap room. In turn you can't sign or trade.
What do you expect to see? This bug fixed.
