I’m on Xbox one playing Madden 24.
I go to start a new franchise mode, I use the online option, imports the live rosters. I then get onto the main screen of franchise mode, in this case I’m using the 49ers.
I go to adjust lineup, it displays the offense fine. I then click along to the defence, no player faces can be seen at all only their names, I then go to exit out of adjust line up and then the game freezes.
Same thing happened to me with commanders franchise, but on ps4. The right tackles and defense had no athlete picture and after trying to back out of adjust lineup or nfl rosters the game would freeze.
Same thing here. Look through a roster, all player pictures go away and then it freezes.

I have PS4 and did the trial. Worked well so I brought the game and downlaoded it. The game also freezes for me when in adjust line ups. Pics of players do not load, When trying to get out or look at different schemes music stops and game freezes. Tried to go make trades and same thing. I have scanned hard drive in safe mode, rebuilt database in safe mode, I have removed all content, my hard drive has plenty of room for the game, I have deleted then reinstalled the game but the issue still happens. I would like a fix for this issue or a refund!
