Franchise Mode Error Code ce-34788-0 At the end of game PS4

I lost a Franchise Mode career that was in 2042 due to this error.  I restarted a new career and now in 2034.  I cannot get past Week 17 and play a game without getting this error.  I can load my la...

Thanks I had done the the database rebuild as well.

I am going to be really disappointed if I have to Start over again.  So frustrating.
