Game-breaking glitch: ball moves 81 yards after interception (video attached)

Summarize your bug I threw a deep pass that was "intercepted" in the end zone. My opponent then dropped the ball before landing, which caused my opponent to get the ball on my 19 yard line? He kicked a field goal with 2 seconds left which gave him a possession lead as he got the ball back at half time and I was not able to come back. Lost the game by 3 points. This happened in the semi-finals of the tournament to get Darren Waller and I wasted 4 hours playing the tournament to get to that point. I hope my time can be compensated with a make-right of that card because that is ridiculous. A video is linked to this post.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea. I don't even understand how it happened.
What happens when the bug occurs? The opponent received the ball on my half of the field after I was throwing on his end.
What do you expect to see? A Darren Waller make-right in my account for wasting 4 hours of my time just to lose to that.
