Game crashes while loading into the player career mode. CE-108255-1

I am playing madden 24 on the PS5. I completed the first 4 year contract of the career and i signed with a new team. After signing with the new team my game froze and then the error code ( CE-108255-...

@Skandela21 It also forced me to retired and it sent me to the free agency and that’s when the bug started happening and now I can’t log into my 90 OVR character because my app crashes and the code comes up

      I have tried this and multiple other things and still doesn’t fix the issue. I believe it might be a bug within the game that causes it to crash. This only happens when i try to start a career game with my QB that was retired because I couldn’t sign with another team, if i try to start a WR career i don’t have this issue whatsoever.

      @EA_Barry So i tried something! I deleted my 91 OVR QB and created a new one and i was allow to get into the superstar league game mode and the error code i was getting before stopped showing up. I believe that there is a bug in the game that doesn’t let you continue playing superstar league career mode after your 4 year contract. I hope this can be fixed on a upcoming patch update because this game mode is the only reason i bought this game
