Game crashing without any error on PC

HI @dumpsterdudettv when you have a moment can you try adjusting in-game settings and going through the following steps?

• Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
• EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
• EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
• Steam - Verify in your library
• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

I did everything and same issue over and over again on my PC. I made my superstar, went through combine and workouts before first preseason game. Upon starting that preseason game, as soon as i'm about to take the field it closes. No notifications as to why or anything, gone. 

Laptop it works fine, worse specs across the board than my PC, but runs with no issue and completed the game. 

all through the EA app

I couldnt even get to that point. I got to do a few reps on the bench press and then the game froze. It did this in every mode and any time i attempt to play a game 

I did those suggestions and it didn't solve my issue.

If you are still seeing crashes and have tried the steps above (in my last post) would it be possible to get a DxDiag?

same for me too what makes me mad is when i have a great game in superstar mode when it crashes i dosent save your progress unlike franshise where i can pick up where i was sounds like alot of people are having issues

I've been having the same problem. Game runs like butter, then all of a sudden it exits with no warning or message. I've tweaked every setting and tried nearly every workaround online. Its killing me man
