I just made a report on this issue myself a few hours ago for PS4. It's been rather game breaking and ruined my franchises, so hopefully they get on it soon.
I have same problem can't use commanders. Freezes on their roster screen always and in the game can't make it out 1st quarter. Am I screwed??
