There's currently a game breaking bug that is freezing the game and affecting all aspects of it. For whatever reason, when playing the game and viewing rosters, free agency, or trade screens, I'm finding that player images will all of a sudden disappear (this is the sign the bug has taken root), and from there, the game then freezes when attempting to perform basically any action. At first I though it was only my franchises that this was affecting until today when I went to do my weekly custom roster update and found that this is a whole game issue. This has been a consistent issue since the last time the game was updated, but has only gotten worse in the frequency for which it occurs, making game saving an impossibility. Being as the game freezes, there are really no screenshots that I can upload that will be any more useful than I description I provided.
This bug has ruined my franchises and I cannot even update my play now rosters without the game bugging and freezing. To say I'm upset would be an understatement. Every year lately there seems to be some new game breaking bug that comes up and makes it absolutely unplayable. It's bad enough I take hours of my own time having to edit the lazy, unrealistic rosters offered to us each year, and now I can't even do that without it freezing. This is absolutely unacceptable as a consumer product people pay money for, and I really hope this issue gets the necessary attention it needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

- 2 years agoI can not edit rosters since last update. Tried to change Powell jersey # on Minn and release Wash’s Reaves. Game freezes everything.
- Andrewengel62 years agoRising Scout@GVRH Couldn’t of said it any better than this. I’m dealing with all of these issue mentioned as many others. I can’t believe these issues haven’t been fixed or updated yet. Surely there aware of this as it’s been a full week of the game being completely unplayable.

@Andrewengel6 At this point, I can't even get a manager to respond to the issue to confirm whether it's something being worked on or not. I just tried face of franchise today to see if I could get even just a single game mode to work properly, and even that froze (though FoF has been literally broken since last year anyway, so I wasn't expecting much). Literally can't play a single mode, and since it ruined my franchise I'll likely wait until after this years trade deadline to even bother with the game again. If it doesn't work after that I'm requesting refund and I'm done with Madden for good. Every year now with this crap. Literally one of the most unprofessional companies I've witnessed.
