Game freezing when editing roster in menu

@49erfan81 Nope not at all. Smh !!!!!! To test out how bad madden sucks just go to commanders right tackle Andrew Wylie and receive the white box as there face scan and then you lose all other face scans and then your game will freeze momentarily after that lol. I can’t believe it’s been a week now. They haven’t even tried or announced there addressing this issue. I saw on another post they blamed the user complaining that his console was old or needed to be rebuilt or some $hit like that haha. Please someone fix this ASAP. If there were another football game to play then damn I think we all would of left already. But we are left with no choice. No way a refund will ever be issued ether. EA would rather update Arron rodgers who is hurt indefinitely overall rating up one more which makes zero sense than to help fix users game from freezing and making it completely unplayable since Sunday for me. It’s one week of crashing I don’t know how we could be having this issue in the year of 2023. Supposed to be better every year not worse. Make it make sense. Please let me know if anyone gets any updates or changes to there issue.
This is just pretty laughable by now. As an european player, I needed to search for this game because this isnt in every game Store you can find. Paid a big junk of money to play it during me week off of work. Now after a week, I havent been able to play one game with this issue. Whole thing why I buy this game is to edit rosters to my liking and micromanage thing. First I tried to work around this issue by avoiding players which will cause this crash, but quite frankly, you cant do anything to play the franchise. By now, every madden has had its issues but I have been able to work around these things but currently this thing is just.... Really dissapointing and unacceptable. Worst is like mentioned here, Im not even sure nothing is really been done to fix this, and I find it really hard to know what is the correct way to get these bugs to be worked with. Usually I tend to buy madden during late of the season to get it at discount but my vision was to have it earlier this year to bite the bullet and have roster up to dateish. But what i discovered here that for bigger price Im faced with issue which is faced 100% time.
