And I've noticed way more players than you mentioned that have the white square or team logo covering the players image. Pretty sure its tied into the last title update. Small possibility it's with the roster update. I've tried here and twitter to get a response from someone at ea and crickets
I do not perform roster updates as I like to occasionally edit the rosters on my own. Hopefully someone at EA is monitoring these various chats and blogs in order to make the game playable once again.
