- Barry, my game isn’t lagging because I’m online playing games. It’s lagging in a one person franchise where I’m just playing the computer. Having it hooked directly to the router shouldn’t make a difference in a one person game correct? And if it does then why? Why does EA or whomever else need to be pulling data from a single player game. When I do MUT or online franchise in the past I ran a dedicated Ethernet cable to the ps5 but I’ve never even thought about doing that when I home alone and not on the line.
