What do I do if I can't connect to the server

i have the same issues. Since 5 hours i can not play online Games.
Well it wasn't. The game still losses connection and is still complete trash.
I have Simpsons Tapped Out on iPad. On the iPad, my game can not connect to server. On another device, the game does connect to server. Why is this going on? It has been going on for three days for me.
what should i do?
i still cannot connect to Gin or Canasta. i play on Chrome
