Graphics pink and green issue

In Settings - Graphics - i changed my performance mode from image quality to performance and the color/tint of my game changed to a green/pink tint and won’t change back even with resetting the settings to default. I tried deleting the game and re downloading it but it was normal for 15 min then it went back to the crazy bright colors with green and pink.
